Having a baby is one of the biggest rollercoasters that life can throw at you. It’s important to try and focus your mind in the lead-up. My online pregnancy yoga classes can really help with this.
The emotions, physical changes, mental adjustments and financial pressures, can all feel very overwhelming at times. The anxiety that comes with pregnancy is totally warranted. I’m here to support you, help you to navigate through it and to hold space for you.

Come along to the online pregnancy yoga course starting Thursday the 18th July at 8pm. The classes are live, interactive, there’s time to chat and to connect. Classes run every Thursday at 8 pm for six weeks. The cost is £70 per term.
My 90-minute classes cover breathing techniques, movements and positions to use to help ease your ever-changing pregnant body but also to prepare for labour too. We finish every class with a lovely deep level of relaxation ready to send you off into an amazing sleep.
Suitable from 12+ weeks pregnant and open to all levels of ability, no prior experience of yoga is needed.
