What can you do at home to help get comfortable during early labour?
- Watch something funny on TV.
- Listen to your favourite music – or a good time to try out your hypnobirthing tracks!
- Have a soak in the bath or a shower.
- Go out for a walk.
- Eat and drink plenty – keep yourself well hydarted and well fuelled.
- Rest! This is especially important if you go into labour overnight.
