Pregnancy Yoga Classes in Stanmore
Pregnancy Yoga Class in Stanmore at the Aspire Leisure Centre on Wood Lane. The new term of pregnancy yoga classes will be starting at 10.30am on Sunday the 31st October.
Each term of classes is 6 weeks long and every week we cover something a little different building our knowledge.
You don’t need to have any prior yoga experience in any way, this class is accessible for everyone!
The class is suitable for everyone once you’ve completed your 1st trimester right the way up to your due date.
There are positions and movements to help you to feel better physically during your pregnancy, movements and positions to use during your labour and 3 different breathing techniques for the different stages of labour.
At the end of every class we have an amazing deep level relaxation which is fantastic for helping to prepare you mentally, helping you to release any anxiety and feel more confident about the remainder of your pregnancy and the upcoming birth.
This class is brilliant for anyone living close to Mill Hill, Barnet, Edgware, Colindale, Kingsbury, Queensbury, Wembley, Bushey, Radlett, Shenley, Borehamwood & Harrow.
